Kenda Tyres…
Yay - that’s all sorted now, so we should have a shit load arriving sometime next week. I tried the Nevegal/Blue Groove combination a while ago at CyB if I remember and found them to do as folks say - actually grip, when the going was wet.
I’ll post something on the proper site when they actually arrive.
Thanks to Blair from Moore Large for getting us sorted.

I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about that combo myself.
Maybe an alternative to my fav NBXs

Just put the Kenda combo on my new Pace RC303 that Tim built for me @ Sideways (SRAM 9/Juicy 7/Hope Hubs/Fox Vanilla/Mavic 321/Thompson/XT Chainset).
A great bike that does exactly what it says on the tin (?). I’ve only had it a week, but I’ve whizzed all round above Derwent reservoir nr Sheffield - if you know the switch-backs, well it blasted round the berms ‘on rails’.
The most impressive thing is the strength/stiffness with real suppleness at the back-end - unusual for aluminium.
The Kendas seem just fine, good traction on all wet surfaces, precise, no pinch flats (yet) and they roll well - what more do you want?
Buy them!

You might have noticed that there’s not been anything posted about the arrival of Kenda tyres on the proper site yet - that’s because they’re out of stock of all the popular models
Mind you, I’ve got some Knarly’s on the Spot now and they look like an ace mud tyre. The kind that would rip you shreds if you came into contact with it
