Still on the wagon…
Not a drop of alcohol has passed my lips for the last 15 days. I’m pleased to say it’s been easy. How many other things do we simply accept as ‘the norm’ that we can easily do without?

Did you run out, Simon?
I’ve not had any food ALL DAY (I do not plan on carrying this pattern on)!

I haven’t drunk “normal” coke for years. Horrible tooth rotting stuff. Give me the Diet stuff anyday.
Hurrah

Diet Coke is awful! Nearly as horrid as Pepsi. Full fat Coke all the way for me.

I’m very sad at the moment as I can’t find the vanilla flavour Diet Coke anywhere. The best drink ever and it looks like they’ve stopped doing it.
Haven’t eaten a piece of Thorntons Toffee recently either. See, my diet is dictated by my worry of losing teeth!!
Must be getting old.

I’ve been on the wagon for the last 12 years (apart from the very occasional ’socially’-enforced drink) ever since an incident in Bilbou involving a heatwave, a renault 5, a dead horse, and a brothel cleverly themed as a hotel ‘discoteque’(no I didn’t partake).
I feel much worse for not drinking. I wish I could start again but I haven’t the tolerance anymore.
I can’t think of anything I could live without, just some more things I’d like to live with.
