That’s the first week of February out of the way and without particulary trying I appear to have lost 7lbs.

Sod it, I hate riding in the snow anyway and as no on else really wants to, we’re not going tonight.

I love snow but I hate riding bikes in it, let’s see what Thursday brings before we decide where to ride this week - I was hoping to go to Llandegla, but if it snows like it’s supposed to out that way, we’ll stay a little closer to home!
