It was quick this year too, but as usual, during my July of no alcohol – I get ill. So far it seems to be just a cold, but I feel it will shortly turn into full blown man flu.

Your body obviously can’t cope without alcohol!
It just takes a while to adjust.
And has a minor breakdown during that period.
