I’ve put them on the site finally so now folk might actually believe we do them and maybe we can build a few for you. Let’s talk…

So I decided that I really ought to do something about being a big fat wassock and as it was the start of a new year, what better time to begin?
My plan, is at least 30 minutes of heart rate raising excersise every day. That’s got to be doable and doesn’t come with the constraint of riding every day, or running every day. So far I’ve done 35 minutes on the turbo, a 45 minute solo ride, about 90 minutes ride in the woods with friends and just got back from a 24 minute run (I’m allowing a little flexibility as long as the weekly average doesn’t drop below 210 minutes)

Started the year at 230 pounds – let’s see where, or if, I finish it…

And our suppliers deserve paying! We’re having a sale to generate a little post Christmas cash – 20% off more or less everything for the next 20 days. Have a think, give us a call or drop a mail, tell your friends if you have any, spread the word, do the hokey cokey…

Happy New Year everyone!

A supermegaton of White Industries stuff arrived yesterday and there’s some cranks in it, init. I wondered why they’d started to rattle and unwrapped them to find a lovely self extracting bolt in every arm – nice

I’ve tried to stay away from this, but it’s no good – we’re twitting…

I took it for a ride last night around Delamere – it’s lovely apart from the rubbish Easton QR not holding the rear wheel tight enough for my huge power.

I just got word that there’s a rather splendid test bike on the way to us, more of that when it arrives though.
