My arm is hurting a llittle less now and a good session at the physio this afternoon has helped. Still going to take a while to put it right, but it looks like a muscle tear, though chuff knows how I did that.

Starting to arrive now, but it’s pretty much all sold – come and have a look at what bits we’ve got in the flesh though, there’s some parts I really like and some I don’t, but you can bet it will all work superbly.

No idea, we’ll do something but the best idea is to give us a call and see what evloves during the day – I’m not riding though, so your sure for a long one.

So, I went to the physio today, as my cocktail of drugs and alcohol isn’t helping my arm get better. She did a load of mobility tests and stuff, then gave me some electric shock treatment and suggested that I get a chest X Ray and come back on Friday.

So, I feel the same as I did before, have to get a chest X Ray, I’m £30 lighter and booked in for another session on Friday.

Prognosis – not sure really.

I’m thinking Macclesfield this week, but unless my arm starts to hurt less, I’m looking doubtful.

No, really I’ve had a quite debilitating pain in my left arm since the weekend – nothing like it since I had chronic toothache one time. It’s possibly archery related (drawing the bow, not being shot) but whatever it is, it hurts like a very painful thing and my arm keeps spasming (great word, painful process).

Everybody say aaaah.

Well, we’ve been experiencing problems with our technology for the past week, but thanks to lovely Andy Armstrong it’s all sorted now. It did entail a drive up to Nenthead on Monday and culminated in me running out of fuel on the Thelwall Viaduct on the way home, but there you go – all in the name of progress, eh.

Yup, we’re on for a gentle pootle around the woods, 19:30 if you want to join us.

But we’re still feeling like shit from this lurgy disease thing. Anything more than basic functions are a taxing pain in the arse. Still, at least we’re not dead.
